Transportation of these materials may cause huge damages that cannot be recovered unless the necessary precautions are taken. For this reason, some necessary procedures are performed during transportation and these rules must be followed. From the production satge of hazardous materials, every person who fills, packs, loads, carries, receives and operates is under responsibility in terms of legislation. Each institution or business is obliged to keep the documents required for the transportation of these substances within itself. All activities such as the packaging stage of these hazardous substances, the characteristics of the vehicle that will carry out the transportation, delivery and receiving techniques, the properties of the substances, the marking of the weight, the training of drivers, the behavior during temporary stops, unloading activities, the destruction and recycling of the packages are the most important factors that constitute and affect the transportation of hazardous substances.
